Data collected

When you use the contact form, we collect the data you send us: name, email address, the name of your brand or company, and the content of your message. Technical connection data (server logs) may be collected by the hosting provider for security purposes.

• Responding to your enquiries and discussing a project — legal basis: your consent and/or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest.

This processing complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Messages sent via the form are routed by the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which forwards them to our mailbox. The website is hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland). Data may be transferred outside Switzerland or the EU via FormSubmit; we take care to limit the data transmitted to what is strictly necessary.

Retention period

Your messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and manage the relationship, then deleted or archived.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@timeros.ch.
